Hi! We’re Peggy and Christa, founders of Mountains of Joy. We’re passionate about helping you de-stress during the busiest seasons of your life, so you’re able to live with less anxiety and more joy.
Our sessions are created to help relieve busy minds, with researched and proven techniques that are easy to apply to everyday life. Life can be messy and chaotic, but we teach you how to move the ‘mountains of problems’ in your life to the other side of your brain, where you can address them more calmly and easily. You learn how to turn your ‘mountains of problems’ into ‘Mountains of Joy.’
